I. Mako / Deceit (001.1)

[001.1] Statue of a Beautiful Greek Woman

Deceit

It must be achieved through skill,
otherwise it doesn’t count.
I silence my general with a gesture,
before I majestically dismount.

Why should I care about this place?
I point towards the city wall.
My Lord“, she whispers meekly.
By thine hand… it shall fall.”

Send her on her way with a wave.
Ponder my enemies deceit.
To send me the princess upfront,
tastes a little too much like defeat.

II. Mako / Toy Store (001.2)

[001.2] Classical Statue with an Open Disposition - Mako the Genius Poet

Toy Store

I stroll into my local toy store,
in search of gifts and attention.
Look mother, it’s Mako The Poet.
Oh God,” she whispers with apprehension.

I’ll need an N-strike Elite Strongarm.”
And one huge Slight Blast Armour.
Extend my imaginary sable.
To chop off the head of some farmer.

But Sir, you’re not supposed to…”
Jump onto this skateboard cruiser.
Clumsiness clutches whereas gravity shifts,
this’ll turn into a rightful bruiser…’

Covered with Skylanders I moan.
The crash has left me somewhat confused.
When pigs arrive to drag me from the scene,
I’ll admit I felt a little abused.

III. Mako / Crooked (001.3)

[001.3] Classical Statue - Lower Half of a Male Face with Crooked Lines

Crooked

The train moves as it does.
Straight from A to B.
Covered by meticulous steel,
Crooked timber I see.

IV. Mako / Who Am I? (001.4)

[I-001.4] Greek Statue of a Muscular Torso

Who Am I?

Who am I in this world?
A drunk. a warrior, a lover?
Hazed, dazed and media numb.
Truth seems hard to discover.

What if I act like a thumb?
A tool useful to others.
Capable of friendly gestures.
Valued by leaders and mothers.

Never present in any row.
My body seems hard to find.
Blessed with a warrior exterior.
My Spirit leans towards kind.

Naked, I admire my feet.
Lovely buggers to behold.
Steadfast in many battles.
Never allowed me to fold.

Kneecaps wonderfully smooth.
I admire my lingering dick.
A little hairy for the summer.
Thank god, I’m rather thick.

Balls, bullocks, beef.
Slaughter, kill, maim.
My penis penetrates your vagina.
What a bloody silly game.

Is it better to be a woman?
To receive the world on your back?
To bleed and feed and nurture.
To slide a bra on your rack.

I look at my stomach muscles.
Four out of six can be seen.
Admire my chest and shoulders.
Smirk at the places we’ve been.

V. Mako / Gina III (001.5)

[I-001.5] Torso of a Female Statue

Gina III

You wear this light skinned blouse.
With a fashionable scarf on top.
I slide my hands underneath.
You sway and bend till they drop.

“I need to go to church…”
You whisper with a wily grin.
God, have mercy on my soul.’
Commence to commit my sin.

VI.Mako / Can (001.6)

[I-001.6] Statue of Hermes and the Healing Power of a Six-Pack

Can

I scour the length of the train.
Dwarf with a sign on his back.
Storm seems to signal upheaval,
Maybe my eyes have gone whack.

First he moves to my left.
A look of unmistakable thirst.
I check the date of the six-pack,
Well, this is kind of a first…

It’s not the beer,” he grins.
I’m really a really small man.”
Well fuck me, they call me Mako…”
Throw him the breadth of a can.

Mako The Poet

George Washington

The timeless Wisdom of George Washington, First President of the United States.

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. Experience has taught us that it is much easier to prevent an enemy from posting themselves than it is to dislodge them after they have got possession, and when the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”

Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence.”

It is better to offer no excuse than a bad one.”

“Associate with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for it is better to be alone than in bad company.”

Human rights can only be assured among a virtuous people. The general government . . . can never be in danger of degenerating into a monarchy, an oligarchy, an aristocracy, or any despotic or oppresive form so long as there is any virtue in the body of the people.”

“I hope I shall possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man.”

“Few men possess the virtue to withstand the highest bidder.”

“Labor to keep alive in your breast that little spark of celestial fire, called conscience.”

Freedom and Property Rights are inseparable. You can’t have one without the other.”

Guard against the impostures of fake (warmonger) patriotism.”

Over grown military establishments are under any form of government inauspicious to liberty, and are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty.”

Remember, officers and soldiers, that you are fighting for the blessings of liberty.”

But if the laws are to be so trampled upon with impunity, and a minority is to dictate to the majority, there is an end put at one stroke to republican government, and nothing but anarchy and confusion is to be expected thereafter.”

History and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of republican government.”

Where are our Men of abilities? Why do they not come forth to save their Country?

99% of failures come from people who make excuses.”

The Constitution is the guide which I never will abandon.”
